A “Day in the Life” of the GM - AC Parts
The GM—AC Parts is empowered to grow and run the AC Parts business. The focus will be on go-to-market strategy, product development and strategy, sales, and customer service. There will be significant interaction with ownership and the operations team throughout the company. The GM—AC Parts will be trusted to ensure the success of the AC Parts business unit.

- Develop a clear and effective go-to-market strategy that outlines target markets, marketing channels, and industry positioning.
- Identify key value propositions and create compelling marketing and sales campaigns.
Product Development & Strategy:
- After thoroughly understanding our key customer needs within AC parts, propose new products to the leadership.
- Create a roadmap for current product improvements and new product launches.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Set sales targets and objectives and create sales strategies to achieve them.
- Implement pricing strategies, marketing strategies, and incentives to drive sales growth.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Establish customer service standards and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and make improvements based on their input.
Ownership and Operations Collaboration:
- Maintain open communication and collaboration with the company's ownership and operations teams to align goals and strategies.
- Report regularly on the progress of the AC Parts business unit.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Implement quality control processes and certifications where applicable.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for the AC Parts business unit, including marketing, product development, and operational expenses.
- Regularly report on the financial performance of the business unit.
Brand and Reputation Management:
- Safeguard and enhance the company's brand and reputation in the AC parts industry.
- Handle public relations and crisis management as needed.
Metrics and KPIs:
